Hot damn, are we there yet? Sitting in this damn New Mexico desert thinking about the 5th of oct is most likely bad for my soul! It's corrupting my mind! I'm losing my will to be productive. Vacations for the last two years have been orlando theme parks and I'm ready to have some adult fun!

Just returned from a week at Riu Caribre Cancun with family. Great place to go for family vacation but now looking forward to the all adult trip to TTR! Funny thing is we talked to several couples without kids who said they considered Temptations but at the last minute changed their mind. So sad for them!

 

I really think the name scares people away. I wish they changed the name!!!

We are in for sheer night! I had to play monte hall and make a deal but we are Saturday night online shopping (which is fun in itself).

2 months to go!!!

 

Some of the online reviews by prudes make it sound like a swingers resort with open sex everywhere and debauchery of all kinds, that doesn't help but it's also nice to keep if a bit of a secret so it's not overcrowded too.

 

You know, if I hadn't found CCC before our first trip, I don't know if we would've made it there. Based on the reviews, we were about 70% certain that we should go there - but those 'oh my god, I almost got molested by a pack of single men and when I dodged them, I was accosted by swingers' reviews were a little concerning. Once we found CCC, it sealed the deal! I hate to think of how little fun we would've had a 'normal' adults resort by comparison. Those poor, poor folks... hopefully you guys inspired them to give TTR a chance!!

And, yes, WOOP WOOP for less than 2 months until we leave! It will be here before you know it. My shopping is done for the most part, I'm now just trying to convince Trav to buy a waterproof digital camera. Our pool pictures from last year were the BEST and most hysterical photos. Does anyone have a waterproof camera that they can recommend??

We have one but the last time we brought it we got yelled at for taking pics. The pics were of our group and we were trying to be careful to respect others privacy. Unfortunately some people become a little worried about seeing themselves on YouTube!!
I personally would love to see my drunkin' ass on the internet having fun but not everyone feels that way and the staff made us put it up.
