That's all fine and good, but Calgary's QB is a Texan (and basically a Houstonian (he's from Katy)) so Hamilton's got no hope. Also, you're an Argonaut (whatever that is), so you can't claim Hamilton allegiance. That would be like me, a Houstonian, claiming Seattle allegiance since they won the only football game in the world that matters -- the United States of America's SUPER BOWL.

 

By the way, I'm a fan of your 20 yard end zones and your goal posts on the goal line.

 

Oh, c'mon Canada. You're "Super Bowl" aka Grey Cup halftime show is Imagine Dragons?!?! Not a Candian group like Rush or Triumph or even Bare Naked Ladies? I am depressed.

 

Um, as far as I know, football everywhere is a 60 minute game (unless you're talking soccer which is 90 minutes, or rugby which is 80 Minutes) and with 30 minutes left, it's 17-7.

In case you are unable to comprehend I was born in Hamilton.
I work in Hamilton....I spent 14 hrs at work today in HAMILTON.

If you actually watched the game...you would know even Calgary was embarassed to celebrate that win.
Did you hear the booing you that pro Stampeders crowd when that punt return was called back on a phantom call?
Hamilton and Brandon Banks won that game.
BTW.....what happened to that 14 pt deficit?

PS when was the last time the Super Bore was ever that exciting.

Yay we won! I hosted the party last night and we had a blast!
Yes, Calgary is my hometown and unfortunately it was hosted in Vancouver this year. A couple of years back we hosted Montreal and Saskatchewan - the infamous "13th man" game. I attended that one and it was certainly a historical game!

Our Grey Cup parties are akin to Superbowl parties...lots of food, drink, betting and general idiocy.

Regardless of how anyone from Hamilton feels, Calgary won the game. They dominated during the first half in a pretty big way. Hamilton was very VERY close to winning the game at the very end but it was a stupid play that lost it for them. Yes, there were some bad calls, just as there are with every other game in every other sport out there. Its virtually impossible to ensure the officials are all on the same page and nothing will ever be perfectly "fair" although that is what we all want.

Can we go back to talking about boobies now?
