Mostly nice jeans and nice button down OR theme wear. I don't recall any t-shirts or shorts or anything like that. Keep in mind we usually hit the club at 10:30 - 11 and you know from October the condition I am typically in at that time So for example, when we went there was an Angels and Devils theme. I wore horns, a red cape and devil boxers. Maybe 5 other guys went with the theme. lingerie night I wore silk boxers only. Another night I wore nice jeans and a button down. The crowd definitely effects the theme night participation. Keep in mind it is a much smaller resort so I am sure there is significant variation depending on the crowd. Almost every lady participated in the themes when we were there. So some of your over the top theme outfits will fit in fine I found guys dressing up was even more appreciated at pearl when we went
