Answer to your question # 1 is shorts all good for any restaurant, # 3 I have went with shorts to all restaurants last April didn't even bring any dress pants last time, but I was unlucky, becouse at our last trip they bumped us to Desire Pearl for 4 nights and didn't have any dress pants.so my suggestion would be bring at least 1 dress pants,

On Theme nights we dress for this after dinner. I know Bill has worn dress jeans in the past with collared shirt with no issues. For packing I typically throw in easy sundresses for dinning at night.. plus super easy to pack and takes no room! Now if I could just keep the shoes to a minimum.....
