email them Is it worth while emailing the resort to request a room near the quite pool. After reading here that there are certain rooms that are very close to party central. I will probably be right in the middle of the party, but when I want to go pass out I would like some peace and quite. Has anyone ever email resort requesting certain rooms? Where are the quieter rooms?
This Sept. will be our 5th trip to Temp. We've e-mailed them every trip and they have always accommodated us. If they are nearly full though you might not get the exact room you requested. It has a lot to do w/the time of year !!!
Life is all about choices and I would definitely pay the $54/night extra, as the ocean view is very priority to Annette and I.
There are some "ocean view" rooms that IF you lean over one way or another you can see a small piece of the ocean. But I think most of them are good.
The quietest rooms are far away from the stairways. Last trip, my room was close to the stairs so there was alot of traffic pretty much all of the time. The 3rd. floor is the quietest, closest to the end of the building.
You can request a room near the quiet pool a couple weeks ahead of time . That way it gives you time to reply a couple of times if you need to .
