I stayed there over spring break and would not go back. Our air conditioning did not work for a few days, paint was all over the balcony, no blankets on the bed just sheets and top comforter, food wasn't anything to talk about and the room smelled pretty bad. Two of my friend's rooms had water leaking from light fixures on the ceiling. They will not have access to all the restaurants and bars unless they booked the grand oasis. We only had access to one al a carte restaurant. The grounds were very nice and the staff did a good job to keep things clean, but this just wasn't my type of place and definetely was not worth the money.

she usually stays at this hotel and hasnt had a problem, but also hasnt been there in a few years.

I was JUST there march 9-16, had NO problems with the place what so ever! Room was newly painted, although you could not smell it, which was good. Nice big bed, fresh fruit basket, mini fridge, all stocked. Small tv, but who ever stays in to watch tv? Food was good at all the places I tried this year, had no complaints!

I guess that's why they didn't put one in the room.

We had 5 rooms at the oasis and i could only rate one of them as 2 stars. The other 4 all had some problem with them and none had mini-fridges.
