Sooo does anybody know for sure, if you have to give them a deposit to ensure that you wont break anything in the room @ the oasis cancun. I believe last time i went it was 150 refundable deposits... anybody know?

Hotel Policies Hotel Cancellation Policy Cancellations made inside of 3 days prior to arrival or no shows, incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product penalties. Length-of-Stay Policy Minimum night stay: None Hotel Deposit Requirements A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required at time of check-in for telephone and incidental charges. *Please see Spring Break/Youth Policy for deposit requirements for guests 24 and under* Hotel Spring Break Policy and Student/Youth Policy (valid year long) Hotel will accept individual student bookings all year. A refundable cash deposit of $100 per person is required at time of check in. Any credit cards used must be issued in guest's name. Guests may be required to sign agreement/list of rules at check in. Optional on site non-refundable damage insurance offered by hotel (subject to availability). Terms and conditions may vary. Im over 24, sweet, no deposit. Anyways, since I won the trip, studentcity has our room already waiting for us, so we are not required to check in, they have our wristbands waiting on us in the limo! CANT WAIT!
not mine, already spoke with studentcity, they will have the room keys and our braclets just like they do for their celebs, we will not have to eve step foot at the front desk, all is taken care of, the room is ready with our champaign and gifts when we arrive! Im very happy about that!
i think i just gave them my credit card and that handles the insurance. i don't remember shelling out cash to check in but i do remember covering the insurance with a cc
Remember that the "official policy" of the Oasis is BS. They also claim to give you full access to 7-9 restaurants. Anyone who has been there for Spring Break knows this is not true. I've been there with friends as old as 28 who where forced to hand over the deposit.
