This thread was started in December last year, and it appears the thread starter has not revisited the forum since then. Unofficial roll calls really aren't helpful, they just split responses across several threads and when started very early like this particular one end up being inaccurate, and/or filled with people that haven't been here for a while and who may well have changed plans.
