November 8-13 We will be arriving on Sunday November 8th and leaving Friday November 13th. This will be our 5th trip to TTR! We can't wait to get back. We were there at Easter this past April. :flagcanada:
WE BOOKED TWO MORE DAYS!!! We didn't want to leave the Chaos Crew party, so we extended our trip a couple days, now from Nov 28 to Dec 4!
Newbie question: what is the wine like? is it available at all bars? Don't really drink anything else, other than tequila, but my better half says it makes my clothes come off.... so wine? lol!
Find the cheapest wine you can buy, open it and let it sit for about a week. I love wine - I'm not a wine snob by any means - I can enjoy box wine and the $5/ bottle stuff. But the stuff at TTR really is terrible. I don't know if it's just bad to begin with or if no one drinks it that often & it just goes bad, but it's pretty awful. Maybe if you used it in a spritzer... (just thought of that - have to try it when I get there). That said, it is available at all the bars/restaurants.
You think it's bad now? It was even worse a couple of years ago! Bad enough even I wouldn't drink it. Now I find the red ok. It's improved somewhat, either that or my sense of taste is messed up from all the said TTR wine! Can't speak for the white, I don't drink that.
Maybe I'll give it a shot this year... it was so bad the first time that I didn't even try it last year. The white is a wee bit better - tolerable in my opinion, but then again, I'm not a big white wine fan, so it may be awful to people who like a good white. Oh well... that's why there's vodka. :ernaehrung005:
