Temptation is only what you make of it That i believe, but im not paying that kind of money for what i got. We have been to Outer banks & tybee and love it, we are not into the Techno music all the time, non stop, and the shitty construction of TTR. would have been better if they cleaned up the place and gave a variety. As far as not going there for the room, we wanted to have lots of hot sex..not so much in a moldy room!
I for one plan on having a good time my next time there... And if not I will drink until I am! :canada: :dave:

we are not going to invite our parents either - i dont think they would like it at all i can just see them at the sexy pool now - omg .........or one of steves booze cruises xoie's omah - so true - not for everyone - certainly not for mom and dad (on either side of the family) they would disown us lol rob and tonyass
Sorry to hear your trip was so unpleasant.Of the 4 other resorts we have been to in Cancun,none have ever been better than TTR,some have been fancier,Moon Palace,Riu,but for pure adult,let loose kick ass fun,it's TTR.We have found a slight moldy smell in every room we have ever had in Cancun,sorta to be expected with the humidity levels and storms they deal with down there.One thing you did not mention,did you meet any people from this board that you enjoyed hanging out with?That is our # 1 Favorite thing about TTR,we have met and partied with so many cool people over our last 8 trips that we have met on here,it is what really makes our trip special.

If it wasn't for the people we met, and the atmosphere, I'd be of the same mind as H&D. That said, I also expected what I found in terms of room, etc. from all the trip reports etc. If there was a better resort with the same sort of people (fun, friendly and relaxed) and atmosphere as TTR, I'd book it. Until I find such a place, I'll settle for what we get at TTR. Paul
