Just wanted to give a big thank you to everyone who helped. Sarah from Alpha Rooms got in touch with me via this forum. I received all my travel vouchers and confirmations this morning! Excited for our first visit to Cancun!!
Did you contact her or did she just read your post, because Sarah if you are reading this, I have my confirmation email, but on your website it says I have no current reservations.
We used them in July. Booked in Feb. and paid in full. Got conformation voucher quickly. They didn't even ask to see the voucher at check-in. We will be using AlphaRooms again next year. No issues and great prices! Jeff
I wish Sarah would help me. There was no indication on the website that I could not make a name change on one of the rooms. I also noticed where other people posted they did make a name change. They came back and said the hotel wouldn't make the name change. I would have forfeited my deposit and not have paid the remaining balance if I had known that. Now, $375 for the room and over $100 in international calls I have no resolution. All I wanted was to be treated right. I have never had this problem with any other travel agency.
