I have never done it and don't think I would. I quite enjoy having the thought taken out of where to buy and eat my food. But to each their own of course. I guess if you are organized though, you shall be just fine!
actually, I would love to sample all the cuisines in Cancun including downtown and some of the smaller, out of the way places... and on Isla Mujeres. I'm just too cheap and lazy to do it... If I wasn't buzzed all the time I would probably be a lot more adventurous. AI is easy. Not tasty... but easy.
I agree 100 % Dennis, when I am on vacation I wanna take the thinking out of where I am going to eat. Al though if I do go back I will try and sample some cuisine other than Domino's PIzza. :lol:
When I went on the booze cruise in 2005, at the feast, they had some kind of bean stew, and it was AWESOME!!! Like to try different things too, but I kinda have to watch. Have major allergic reactions to some stuff.. I always make sure to bring lots of benadryl with me for these problems though lol...
