OK, I mentioned somewhere in the pandemic threads that we'll probably not be getting a per person $1,200 USD "stimulus" check. Ah well, the Paycheck Protection Program does seem to be working in its stead. No, You Might Not Get A $1,200 Stimulus Check I'm just finding this interesting. Also, it seems that some of the European nations are beginning to do some types of similar, if not being rolled-out the same way, support structures - heard that on some podcast yesterday.
