O.K., we are heading down next weekend. We have a "Temptations Suite". Is there A/C or not. Because if not, I am switching resorts and need to do so quickly.

Decided to read a few TripAdvisor reviews and I'm seeing a good number complaining about lack of AC and very humid rooms. I gotta be honest this is a concern as we are going there in May. Like others I wonder if they are just blowing the problem off knowing that the property will be raised in a year or two. I'm sure replacing the chiller is an expensive propect but would they really just leave it broken? I sure hope not but.....

I'm sure they will have it fixed by this summer...I can't imagine staying there in July with no AC. Guests will be bitching up a storm (and rightfully so)...I know if ours isn't working at the end of May I will also be complaining!

The rooms are always very humid...even with the AC on all the time. Just the nature of the region...

Yup, if you want a cool, relatively dry room crank the AC during the day and keep your door and windows closed! It'll feel downright cold after being by the pool all day.

We were shown one of the suites, and it had no AC. Also, no balcony so we passed on it.

I remember the power going off one year in April , ( just late overnight),, people were sleeping outside on the beds.
