from what I heard (no names in order to protect the guilty, he he, he) these are the reasons they stopped taking people to Basic, Sr. Frogs and Bulldogs: Basic: had very low participation, people did not like that club. They were averaging about 5 to 10 people a night so there was no incentive for them. Sr. Frogs: they stopped having The Open Bar so that means people had to buy and pay for each drink separately instead of all you can drink. Bulldogs: people started to complain about the bad service that Bulldogs provided. I guess the waters were not efficient enough and yet they pushed on everyone for tips. So they killed that club.
We'll only be there on Fri.-Sun. nights, so what are your thoughts on Daddy'O, City, and Sweet? Lots of people say the crowds at Daddy'O and the City are very young? We're in our 40s, so that might get annoying. Sweet's website is pretty sparse--would anyone recommend it? How about Mandala if you had to go on your own instead of with the resort? It looks pretty cool online.
Darcy and I have been to the City twice. Yes, it can be very young, but we found couples in their 40s to hang out, dance with etc. It's amazing to see how many people are in there. I'd say its one of the clubs to see/go at least once. And I had fun watching Darcy dance up on the platforms
That's too bad about DaddyO's on Saturday. That was one of my first choices but I'm not gonna skip the pool party for a club night. Decisions, decisions... it's a rough life at TTR!
