We just got back and saw a couple romping on the beach beds around 1am while we were scrolling the beach. Technically it was a bed at the resort next to TTR. We did end up going skinny dipping in the ocean one night and while we didn't do the dirty, it would have been totally possible without interruption.
2 yrs ago I was caught skinny dipping (and were breaking the 6 inch rule) in the sports pool It wasn't 24hrs then and the lights were off. The guard saw us and told us to wrap it up and gave us 10 min before he came back and at that time told us we had to get out. He was very nice about it.
No, you wont get kicked out for discrete sexual activity. It is certainly against the rules but they are not going to throw you out of the hotel the moment they catch you. Most likely they will ask you to stop, and to take it to the room. Let's be honest the room is the best place for it, lots of people don't want to watch or share the pool where it might be going on. If you get belligerent and argue it then it may well turn worse. Drugs will get you kicked out, and so will fighting - although it seems only temporarily until you're release from prison, which is not a good thing in my opinion.
The hammocks by the vaolleyball nets were interesting, security didn't stop us but they did stop to watch for a few minutes before we noticed and stopped on our own

A group of us went skinny dipping one night in the ocean and I don't recall seeing any security guards. We did have some fun during the day out in the ocean with no problems:aktion031: ~Nat
Hmmm... any action after 3am was completely and totally ignored by the watchman who stood nearby and had his hands folded neatly over his crotch. The sports pool was nicknamed the naughty pool after all the action ended at Patty O's. I'll just leave it at that.
Our last trip we got caught shagging on the beach in the hammocks by security. We stopped, they left we finished we won.
