I don't think ANYBODY will forget that night... I know I will never forget it because Claudio was FREAKING OUT before having to get on the pole, like... Heart pounding out of his chest, I thought he was going to have a panic attack... Then he jumped on that pole and all I could scream was "FUCKING BULLSHIT! " lol
Does the pole in this room spin? Or is it just a pole? And did they renovate and move it or is it still the small room people were complaining about at the beginning of this thread? I had a much more fun new thread planned but then decided to search for the question and decided to just post here.
And... to be truthful, Nice Shoes doesn't really qualify as a "Club," at all, does it. It's a room, with club lighting & seating facing a small stage/dance floor area, where the shows are held, but it's not generally used for anything else. Also, the bar... isn't. What it is is a window off of the Sports Bar area next door to Nice Shoes, and the bartender at the end does double duty at the Sports Bar and the Nice Shoes window. It's slow getting drinks in there. But, really, that's not a problem, as you can easily go out to the Quiet Pool's bar and get your drinks, then stroll back inside Nice Shoes for the show of the evening. The pole doesn't spin. It's on the stage for the show. Like others said, it's not a disco, it's a relatively small theater with a raised stage and bar stool height chairs in a semi circle around it. Once the show is over the party moves out to paty'os. But given that this is your first time to TTR, don't miss the shows. Don't let this thread keep you from missing the shows. They're pretty good. lingerie night is fun, anything goes is a blast, and the strippers for Revelation night are pretty good. We enjoyed it a lot. Don't let the relatively small size scare you off. The room is probably about 40 x 50. So it's not a closet, but when you put 200 people in there only wearing g-strings and boxers, it does get pretty hot! Like everyone before me has said, either be first in line at the nice shoes bar, or get your drinks before you get there and bring them with you. The shows only last about an hour, so it's not too bad. You'll enjoy them.
