I've been a lifelong Habs fan and would love to see them make a deep run at the Cup. I agree with you 100% on Subban's chop, it was worthy of at least one game if not two.
Dirty play, yes. Cheap shot, I can accept that. Suspendable? Not even close. If the NHL suspended for plays of that severity or higher, 1/5 of the league would be off the ice permanently, and half of those would be in jail! Even if you apply the player-is-injured, punishment-goes up model, a "microfracture" is something that does not even medically exist - look it up! Not an actual thing. If your name is "Stone", and you can't play through a deep bruise (painful as that is) in the NHL playoffs, then maybe it's time to look at a different sport. This was a bad decision by PK, and 5 + a game was more than enough punishment for the infraction.

Yes they did. Would love to see the Pens take the Rangers. But doubt it will happen. The Rangers are stacked this year upfront. And the King isn't to bad in goal either. Looking forward to a rematch between my Habs and the Rangers! But with a different outcome this year. Lol!
