In 2015 we did the express check in. They tried to interest us in the tour, but I just excused myself to go to the restroom. No phone calls or anything after that. This year (2016) we went on referral so we attended the presentation. They called at 7:30 am to remind us of our appointment at 8:00 am which we of course attended. Breakfast, tour and sales pitch lasted 90 minutes.
