Newbies, booked on a whim. Not sure what to expect

We took a friend to TTR in April 14 who said there was absolutely no way in hell that her top was coming off and to make her point, she brought only one piece suits! Late in the first day, we hadn't seen her for a while and we heard someone yell and turned around to see her, quite drunk, with the top half of her one piece rolled down inside the bottom half. Needless to say, next morning she was in the gift shop buying a two piece!

 

I bet you a beer, on me of course, that your wife goes topless.

Give you our history my wife said the same thing and we spent a lot of time on here to know people before we got there. She wasn't sure but and hour at the sexy pool it was off. She has booked the trip the next year we go with a top great group , June Junkies this group looks out off each other and is just a great party group.

 

Last year we were there for 7 nights and my girlfriend never took her top off and no one pressured her to, and lucky for them, didn't ever just try to take it off forcefully either, which would obviously be crossing the line, so I wouldn't stress about that.
A lot of people on here will say you don't need bikini tops or bras for the whole trip, but that's just not possible for some women.
Most people at TTR will not be swingers, although a lot of us go there hoping to have some extra fun, so if someone asks you if you're into the lifestyle or if you want to come back to their room, just politely say no and try to be flattered rather than offended. I agree that only about 20-30% of the people there will be into the lifestyle.
As long as your not a total prude that's easily offended by a little promiscuous behavior happening around you, you will love Temptation and most likely become addicted like the rest of us!
Read up on this forum for how to pack, what else to expect, and be sure to make some friends on here in advance that will be there at the same time as you. There is a lot of great information and some priceless tips on here that we wish we would have had for our 1st trip.

Just go with the flow and keep your options open. BUT, I'm willing to place a gentleman's bet that the Mrs. goes topless by day no later than day 2. Its a great, fun and comfortable vibe like no other seen anywhere else. No one cares and no one is passing judgement on anyone. You two have a great time and enjoy the virgin TTR experience...its special and you'll be back.

 

Which restaurants does everyone recommend ? Is there an option for a private beach dinner?

We were the exact same way when we originally booked our first time. You will be 100% fine with TTR. No one expects anything - and you can just go and have a great party time. We loved it and have been back since - and have another trip planned in November.
