My last words for now (Kelsey speaking) our trip would never had been as amazing as it was of it were not for the amazimg cancuncare website run by Steve and Jannet. Thank you both sooooo much!!!!
Ok folks, the last two days. #6 Another beautiful morning. Started off properly with mimosas! A great day of lounging in the sexy pool, and by lounging, I mean lots and lots of shots. I think all the people we were hanging out with, and some innocent bystanders, got nervous every time I left to head to the bar. But it all worked out, shots for everyone! After pool time we went to eat with our new besties! Then it was time for white/glow night. I don't remember much, except these three things. First, my beautiful wife wore the slinky white dress that she said she would never ever wear. Glad I brought it anyway! Second, I was trying to convince everyone to go streaking from Paty O's to the sports pool. It didn't end up happening unfortunately. Security was really tight due to a couple of drunken assholes causing a problem. And the crowd had thinned out by the time I found a good opportunity. Timing is everything when trying a mass streak. Oh well, there's always next year. And yes, we WILL be doing it next June! We ended up in the sports pool mostly naked anyway. The third thing I remember was that awesome violinist and Chris' killer dance moves. The dreaded day.... #7 Time to go home. We frantically shoved everything in our bags and brought them up front. One last round of mimosas and a bite to eat. One final lap around the resort to say goodbye, for now. Trip home was uneventful and back into reality we were plunged. Some quick highlights we enjoyed: -Boobs Cruise -Meal options -Overall appearance of the resort -The staff, only encountered one bad attitude out of all the friendly faces(staff) that we met. -Beer chugging contest -Belly flop contest (even though I didn't win) -Victor (bartender at the sexy pool), he was my best friend there. -All the wonderful people we met absolutely made our time enjoyable. There were a couple of people we could have gone without meeting, but you're always going to have a couple of those in a crowd this big. -Theme nights. Theme nights are awesome! We strongly recommend that you participate in as many as possible. Don't worry, you won't be the only one showing up to the party in an outfit that your friends and family at home would blush or laugh at you for wearing. There will be someone more "over the top" than you. I think I may have been "that guy" during our trip. And if you are that type of person; well, you don't care anyway. I know I didn't. Things we didn't like so much: -Our room, a Jacuzzi suite didn't have a privacy shade because of how the building was constructed (1109). It was the second room we looked at and just said, whatever. We were tired from travelling. We also didn't think that room was worth the extra money. The Jacuzzi seems to be the reason for the increase in price, but it's just not big enough to be worth it. Besides, we weren't in the room long enough for it to be used much. -The pool temperature was really hot. I know it seems like there's not much that could be done about that, but I do have some cheap and creative ideas that could lower it at least a few degrees. -I sliced my big toe on a tile on the steps by the sexy pool bar. It wasn't real bad, but a little bit of a bummer. -No wifi included in price. Hopefully renovations will change that. Just mark the rooms up a few dollars more per night to cover free wifi, and change the password once a month. -The lack of TV in English. Besides CNN. I'm on vacation, I don't care if the world collapses while I'm gone. And I definitely don't want to see it. I get it, I get it, watch the porn channels. That's quality TV after the wife has passed out and funtime is over. I would have liked to have seen at least a couple of other channels in English. All of these things are petty and don't nearly outweigh the fantastic time that we had. Just minor things really. Tips/suggestions/what we'll do different next trip: Cheapest room they've got, and use a referral from a member. Hit the Boobs Cruise AGAIN! FOR SURE! Bring my preferred Vodka(Titos) and give to Victor to make my drinks with. (I am a Vodka snob and I don't care. If you like hangovers keep drinking garbage.) Limit my intake of frozen sugary drinks. Get the couples massage. Rent the yacht for some sexy high seas adventures. And basically go with a no holds barred approach to having the best possible time we can! I haven't been on here since right after the trip and am just now reading the post trip review. I think about that trip all the time. We had such an amazing time everyday and will have memories that are guaranteed to last. Boobs Cruise must!!! Partake in theme nights must!!! Couples sensual massage must!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Foam party must!!! Thanks again Frank and Kelsey for letting us tag along in your romantic dinner date and giving us time to kickstart our friendship. Can't wait to go back. My wife Brooke told me just the other day that she thinks that trip ruined me because the thoughts of going to a regular resort with kids seems like a vacation at Chucky Cheese. We always use USA Transfers and have never had an issue, even when our flight was delayed. They are prompt courteous and great to deal with. Glad you guys had a great trip. Thanks for posting the trip report
