Asking for the ticket means they have to go back to the Police station and file some time consuming paperwork, they'd much rather stay where they are extracting bribes. So even if in the wrong, for minor offences, ask for the ticket
Good info to know. I agree with you regarding Brant.....but USA might be getting too successful. The lagtime waiting for a driver/vehicle has become too long in the last year or two. Other companies are faster nowadays.
USA has grown bigger in the last few years, not least due to their great service. 600 services a day on a busy day. But they have grown their fleet, number of drivers and support staff to match. Brant (the owner) is Canadian, he is a smart businessman I've known him 15 years. Thing is the bigger you grow the more complaints you have - I kinda see this with the Boobs Cruise. If USA does 500 services a day, that's 3,500 a week. If 1 in 1000 complain then that's 4 complaints a week. If a smaller company does 20 services a day, and gets 1 in 1000 complaints that's 1 complaint every 7 weeks. All about ratios, and knowing that unhappy people are far more likely to post their thoughts than satisfied ones. I'll be quite happy to recommend any other service, once I feel they provide a better service. But right now, there is no company I know of.

I don't remember if the tub was bigger in the room versus the one on the back patio. It seems like it was though. But it would have gotten more use if it were inside, especially since we didn't have a privacy shade. We were in 1109 and the room next to us didn't have one either. We also noticed in friends rooms that their rooms were bigger and nicer.
Did you book and pay for the Temptation suite from the beginning and moved down to a jacuzzi room? Just curious because there is quite a price difference every where I look.
We booked a Jacuzzi suite from the beginning. Is the Jacuzzi suite with the tub in the room considered the Temptation suite.

The Temptation suites are at the end of the building facing the ocean and have a the jacuzzi in the room. The jacuzzi suites (rooms) are all around the quiet pool and have the jacuzzi outside on the balcony.
