newbie question..best day travel transportation

we have found that it doesn't matter when you book. We have booked as far as 6 months out and this time I put it off until 2 weeks before trip. They have excellent communication. Will send you a conformation email with times to pick up and drop off.

 

I booked USA Transfers as soon as my flights were confirmed - 3 months prior to our trip. Two weeks after I booked, my return flight changed. I just e-mailed USA and they confirmed the new arrangements almost immediately. I'd go ahead and et it done..one more thing crossed off the to-do list.

 

Our trip is in June and we booked transfers last week.... hoping airline does not change any of the flight details.

 

they tend too stay on top of any delays and such the time we got stuck at imagination for over 2 hrs they were still outside and knew what was going on and was on top of it.
