Blondie has worn several "very mesh" dresses at Paty'Os and never had a problem. As for the pool, a bottom can consist of a couple of pieces of fishing line and it will usually pass. As long as "something" is worn. I suspect that the dress code can accommodate your comfort level and, if not, we will buy you a drink or ten! LOL
The other question in your post as far as being topless between your room and the pool...a little depends on your room location. With a ground floor room, you could easily slip out the patio door topless. Jamie goes without a top between our normal 5000 block rooms and the pool all the time. If you've got to walk through an interior hallway near the Sports Pool or Paty'Os to get outdoors, that may be one place where it's probably not technically permitted, but it's not a real big deal.
