Joe, I think the answer to your question is yes. There is an official shop on site at the stadium, always open at game time. An aside, for those who are residents of Mexico and at least 60 years of age it is possible to get tickets for half price.... Many expats who attend these games are in this category, making the games very cheap to see. This year the tickets we prefer are 60 pesos, with the discount.
