Absolut is considered the top of a very short shelf at the premier bar, they also have Smirnoff and Sky. It all seems to get the job done!
For some reason I just don't like absolut. Was hoping for grey goose or I guess even stoli but didn't really expect them to have it. Love an orange flavored vodka mixed w sugar free red bull. Will bring my own.
I really liked the new deck & seating for premier members that was just off to the side of the pool. Chairs were easy to find. There are a lot of them. But only a small portion is covered by the pergola. It provides some shade without it being a complete cover. I should have taken more pics. I will try to remember to when I return on Sunday. The new bar in that area was super easy to get a drink at (hardly a wait) and as always, the service was great. We never once had to get out of the pool to fetch a drink. They were very on top of it. In our group there was a total of 8 of us there together. 6 of us premier members and 2 not. The 2 that weren't premier members would come onto the deck with us to put their bags with ours in the morning. We'd only take up a couple seats just to put our stuff and didn't really spend much time there. But it was nice to have a safe spot out of the way for our things. On the very last day they did say something to us when our 'inferior red bracelet friends' (kidding, of course) stepped onto the deck to put their beach bag with ours. They do want to make sure it is for premier only. Which is nice for those of us that pay for premier, I suppose. But it was kind of silly that we had 6 of us premier and they didn't want the 2 friends of ours on the deck for one minute to set their stuff with ours. It's all good though.
They should give members something since the past so much and since non members can find such great deals

We are goose fans also, but generally drink Tito's out of Austin. We usually infuse our own at home to get the flavors we like. They have a few flavored vodkas at the resort, not very good though.
Seriously. Isnt it called Skol or something like that? I can deal with skol late night but just sipping at the pool or during cocktail hour just isnt the same. I will look for Tito's in our local liquor store to try that out.
Tito's scored higher than Grey Goose, and we doubted that so we tried a blind taste test ourselves and yep, Tito's won every time.
Next best thing is to take a couple of Mio's. We take orange and lemonade. Just a small squirt makes the Smirnoff and water taste marvelous. ;-)
