    Lots & Lots & Lots of puffery and meaningless fluff on that website, goodness.

    Clothing optional place to go on the Pacific side? Great! I'm cool witht hat. We might go if friends went, but Cancun is only an hour and 3 quarters flight for us...

    Just wanted to step in here.

    It's interesting that there is a new C/O resort planning to open on the West Coast. I think it's fair enough to let people here know about it.

    However, I don't want this forum to be used as a recruitment ground for investors, and my alarm bell rings when you direct people to a public website for answers to relevant questions rather than answering directly in an equally public forum.

    I'm going to close this thread and would respectfully ask that you refrain from offering "investment opportunities" in any further threads.
