New Hotels in Cancun?

    I just received the new Apple Vacations book, and there are 2 hotels in Cancun that I've never heard of ...
    Sens Del Mar and Sens Cancun.

    Are these brand new or old hotels with new owners and the names changed?

    Janie,

    The Sens Del Mar is what use to be the Grand Oasis Viva Beach.

    The Sens Cancun is also an Oasis property and is on Tulum Avenue downtown.
