Well, when I went it was while TTR was closed and Sam didn't go with me. It was just a gf and me and my friend wouldn't take her top off, but mine was never on in 5 days. You can imagine the reactions of the women when they saw their men talking to a topless woman who was not with a man!!
We are booked for breathless in a few weeks. We had a great time a few years ago at the one in cabo. Wife was topless everyday. Got plenty of glares too. Needless to say I’ve researched this to death and it seems that it’s allowed, just not in the pool. Doesn’t make any sense to me, but whatever. I wanted to book TTR but the wife didn’t want to explain that to the in-laws and we are using their points so it is what it is. Hopefully the rules aren’t as bad as they seem
It really shouldn't be a "big deal" to anyone... but it is. I don't get it. But then again, Stacia is bangin' and a gorgeous lady, so maybe my perceptions are skewed.
As an aside, readers may be interested to know that women are lawfully permitted to go topless across Ontario, Canada in public spaces. Yes, in the 1996 case of R v Jacob, the Ontario Court of Appeal held that it was no more indecent for a woman to go topless than it was for a man. Since then, women may go topless in public spaces. It is important to note that “public spaces” in this ruling are defined as outdoor spaces such as public sidewalks and parks, and do not include private property (e.g. malls and restaurants) or indoor spaces such as municipal swimming pools, which are free to set their own rules. Furthermore, a woman cannot be using her toplessness to cause a disturbance or interfere with traffic. Walking down a public sidewalk is fine, flashing passing motorists may not be. Entirely separate from this case, Ontario human rights law states that a woman is permitted to breast-feed her child any time, any where, including in any private establishment. It is absolutely unlawful for a store or restaurant, for example, to tell a woman she may not breast-feed her child on the premises, or require her to go to a more private location such as a washroom. [Public breast feeding, both open and shielded, is not surprisingly, seen everywhere, which is natural. On the other hand, public toplessness is rarely seen ... save for the annual Dyke March (its actual name) in Toronto's Pride Parade, and Hanlon's Point legal nude beach on Toronto Island.] So, topless at an adult resort swimming pool?? Why not. What's the big deal. Free the boobage and be comfortable as you like. (PS - apologies to the OP... no topic/thread hijacking was intended. As a healthy male, I was quickly attracted to the subject at hand. SQUIRREL! lol )
