    Cleared up some rumors that have been posted here:

    Phase 2 is the only one upon at the moment. Last year during this time both Phase 1 and 2 were open. This year they are very slow due to the legal battle and have been taking this time to remodel and renovate Phase 1 .

    Phase 1 ( will again be reserved for spring breakers) and Phase 2 ( will be reserved for families and the left over spring break crowd)

    They have been filling up a lot of rooms lately due to the website pricing.

    They are probably not gonna charge the 27$ "Insurance" for spring breakers checking in. They are still up in the air about it but this is where it stands now.
