My wife has had the same procedure twice...10 years apart. Done on a Friday and back to work on a Monday. She had some soreness...and just followed the doctors instructions. And...she is also in the dental field.
My wife had under the breast and went from an 34A to a 34C...that was 10 years ago but was able to be back to work within a week. She got sick from the pain meds so quit taking them after the first day. My sister had hers done 7 years ago and was up and running in about 3 days which was a very fast recovery. And a good friend had hers done last year...34nothing to a 34D and she was back to work within 4 days. Your wife should be good to go...a little sore but good to go.

Jodie had hers done 2 Decembers ago, the incision was in the arm pit so there is no visible scaring as they used a wrinkle in the arm pit area. 475 cc of the gummie bear material so guaranteed no leaks ever. This was under muscle also. If you don't want visible scarring go thru the arm pit, recovery time for her was two to three days before she was comfortable
