    in the mail...

    well, I placed a 4 piece order from Malibu Strings for the Boobs Cruise Logo and I got confirmation they have it in the mail 1 week after ordering so it should be here soon! Can't wait to see her in it on the 11th!:clappyinghappy:

    Well here it is... Ok, 3 of the 4 pieces anyways. The 4th is the skirt which we had to reorder and hope it gets here before we have to leave. Dollar is for size comparison.

    We still have not heard from them and received the original that was to be replaced. Anyone have a contact that we could reach out to?

    Great question. I decided to just do a return on 1 item and new purchase to try and get the skirt on time before we leave. I had emailed them back on the 17th with a few questions and I still have not gotten a response back yet. so gotta do things the hard way I guess.

    I am in the same boat. I have emailed them twice and have not gotten a response. I won't do business with them again!

    I returned the original design but have e-mailing them about a refund..No response so far...going on 3 months now.... I like their bikinis but will never do business with them any more! I am not a happy camper :sauer005:

    I figure that the money we lost on the suit is far less than the money they will lose by losing our business when we go back to wicked weasel who we have never had an issue with in 5 years of purchases. Plus others may think twice from ordering as a result of this. It is a shame they didn't keep the customers they gained when this thread started. We are disappointed. I keep thinking they will make it right but we got our suit in late April I believe and now it is late June. Definitely disappointed.

    I know Tor has been travelling recently and as CEO I'm not sure if he is the one who deals with customer issues but please try contacting him, if he isn't the person who deals with the credits etc I am sure he can pass the queries on. I am sure he will put it right.

    I will also send an email and ask him to check out this thread.
