I am 48 and Glenn is gonna be 50 this Dec. We just came back on the 6 th of September. This was our 23 rd trip. You have nothing to worry about as a lot of people there are you age. Everyone is beautiful in Cancun.
I'm 52 and Blondie is 50 (we celebrated her birthday at TTR in may) and never felt out of place. Even butt naked on the Boobs Cruise. So go, have fun, do the Boobs Cruise and, above all, remember the resort motto...."no one knows you and no one gives a shit".

Don't be self conscious of anything. Nobody cares. Everyone is there to have fun and meet new friends. We are in our 40s and our first trip was in June. We partied with folks in their 20s up to their 60s. Nobody cared how anyone looked or dressed (or didn't dress, as it were) - everyone had a great time!
