Hope someone can help both of us here. I have a huge TV about 3 YO. SONY Trinitron 34" but it is broken. There are 2 parts that are needed #A1304196A & #A1372817A which are apparently brain circuit cards that make this thing work. I took the TV to SONY service shop and they told me the parts are "no longer available, SONY discontinued these parts". I check on line and by phone at SONY abroad and I got the same response. This model is obsolete and the parts are not available unless refurbished. So, is anyone interested on taking this out of my hands? I have to get it out by tomorrow noon (Wed 11/12/08) or it'll go to the trash unless I find a place where it can be recycled. I am offering this because there might be someone that can give it some use. PM me if interested. Vic --
