We have made numerous phone calls trying to get a refund for our trip booked directly with the resort back in Nov. They were not even open when we were booked and we have an email saying the trip was cancelled and we would be getting a refund. It’s almost May and we have still not received the refund. Does anyone have contact name and number that can help sort it out? Seems pretty simple when the resort was not even open during our dates.

Just do a credit card charge back. It will be an open and shut case. You get your money back right away while the credit card company investigates. They have 60 days to respond and if they don't you automatically win.
