I thought the temperature was fine and after a couple drinks it didn't matter anyways. And we didn't really go to the xcelerate side after dark because we were doing other stuff. You are required to wear sleeved shirts at all the restaurants, they are a little more relaxed on the women but for dinners other than the buffet guys are required pants and sleeved shirt. The buffet you can wear shorts but still have to have a sleeved shirt, no tank tops or cut off sleeves
