The name tags are a great idea. One thing that we do and I know that there are a lot of other that do the same is print off a list of the roll call that Steve or Jamie puts together. By doing that - it puts a face with a name that you can keep referring to until you get the whole group figured out. It works pretty well.
I am bringing a sharpie marker to add any names to tags that I didn't have when I made them so no worries!
Question - how would one wear a name tag? I can normally figure things out myself, but this one is stumping me... -It won't stick when you're in the pool, so stickers are out -Clip ons cut off circulation over extended periods of time, so clip ons are out -Not everyone has a pierced nipple. so safety pins are out ...but now that you mention the sharpie...
