Nakify July: The Takeoff (July 1-13) Themes and Planning

I love every one of these suggestions!

Here are some thoughts:

We love the way theme nights bring people together at TTR, so we should make sure our themes build on instead of contradicting the official themes. That way all the newbies and non CCC members don't feel like we're some "special clique." We want everyone to be able to join in the fun, right?

I agree with TRACO--lingerie night is sacred. Don't touch lingerie night!

Friday, July 1--white night is the best participation overall. We have added glow sticks in the past, and it is awesome. We bring extra glow sticks to give out at PatyO's. And, hey...why not make it sheer white? Or wear white pasties?

Saturday, July 2 is red night...and most schoolgirl costumes are red, right? Sounds like a natural fit. (By the way, we've had umpires, cheerleaders, nerds, and guys in "T-shirts that would get your suspended") appear on that night, too! And, hey...why not wear a sheer red dress, or red pasties? Or pasties shaped like dictionaries...okay...no...don't do that...:icon_eek:

Sunday July 3 is "comfortable casual" on the TTR website, and cowgirls and country girls are casual...seems like another logical connection:xyxthumbs: And you know what...I bet they make little cowboy hat shaped pasties!:icon_razz:

Monday, July 4: So, most superheroes wear red, white, and blue...how convenient! And in my book, cops, firefighters, and nurses are superheroes. What would you all think of combining? Would that make it too difficult or confusing?

 

Thoughts on sheer/pasty night?

I wonder if it needs to be its own night, or if there are enough options to go sheer and pasties with the other themes?

Guys...Do you need to see all of PatyO's in sheer and pasties at once, or would it be okay if there were just a few sheer/pasty spottings per evening?

Girls...Would you wear sheer and pasties if there were a chance you'd be the only one dressed that way that night? Would you do it at all? Would you love to do it, but only if the whole girl squad is dressed like you at once?

If it's going to be a separate night, I like the suggestion of doing it on Wed. July 6 "Strip Sensation Night" since it's a logical connection. And there is no way in hell you are getting me in latex in July!

 

summerbum...you make a good point about not straying too far from the given resort theme. With that in mind, we should probably keep Rock Star night on Tuesday 7/5. We actually had a blast with that theme one year. :headbanger:


As for combining Superhero & 911 themes....I dunno. We saw that done one year under a catch-all "uniform" night. It was fine, but personally I prefer to keeping it simple/non-confusing for everyone and making 7/4 a stand-alone Superhero night.

 

My 40th birthday is July 6th. We roll in that night around 9:00 pm for the first of 7 nights. I'm not sure I will have a cowboy outfit on but since it's my 40th birthday.... My wife might sic some other cowgirls on me. lmao

 

Nothing is set in stone, yet, my friend. Give us your birthday wishes....

 

Just so damn logical how could we say no. Let's do it....and Sam says super hero!
