well, my boyfriend and i are already booked at the new westin in cancun. how far is playa del carmen from cancun? can we make a day trip out of it?
You can go to downtown Cancun to the bus station, get a bus to Playa, it leaves you off at the bus station right smack in the middle of 5th Ave. The bus ride is about 45 minutes, the busses are very comfy, and air conditioned. I'm not sure of the cost, maybe $3.50 ?
