    it was like 6 hours i think i might have just got back right today so its taken almost a full week to recover!

    Well yeah that will take a toll on you. I know what I was like when I used to go back and fporth to Ireland.....I slept like crazy cause of the jet lag.,

    ya..............I took sick days last week after returning, so yesterday was my first day back! Things are going ok...........getting back in the swing of things. Still SUCKS to be back!
