If you can bring a backpack, that works better than a bag - and bring a water bottle and a granola bar or something if you need to eat before about 2pm (especially with the drinking!). Don't make your bag too heavy, that can be a pain on the boat. Also, there isn't much room on the deck for all your stuff, and if it gets choppy you risk having a bag slip into the water off the side of the boat! We brought two water bottles, and they didn't fit into my beach bag - that was a hassle to deal with, one larger one from the room is plenty. Get two towels from the sexy pool to bring with you. If you plan to go in the water to snorkel or swim, you'll want a towel. You will also need something to wear while walking around the island (girls, you'll need to put your top back on!). Bring money for a few drinks at the bar on the island - don't be fooled into buying any of the stuff they sell there because everything they have on that island can be purchased for half the price (at least) somewhere else. The Mexican store with the yellow sign around the hotel zone has the best prices for souvenirs anywhere, and they don't have any pesky vendors begging you to buy their stuff. All the swap meet like places are way over priced!! Leave inhibitions back at home, have a great time - and pace yourself with the drinks early on!!
New Information as of 02/13/2012: We went twice with Chino & Omar on Jan 20th & 24th 2012 boob cruise, (Temptations - The One & Only) all we brought was 1 towel that we got from Temptations at the Sexy Pool, (Red Towel) and our swim suits that we were wearing and some cash to tip the boys at the end of the cruise & the bar tenders & waiters on the island. That's it, Mexican currency is the new plastic money so no worries about it getting wet either. The boy's on the boat will serve you non stop drinks, or water only if you ask, and sing and dance and get to know everyone on the boat, while music is playing away. The atmosphere is crazy fun. You'll stop to do some snorkeling, your choice to go if you choose, they'll supply the fins, mask, snorkel & life jacket. Everything is in top notch shape. Then you go off for another journey to go skinny dipping or a regular swim, again your call. Just remember you've been drinking, possibly a lot, in the sun, so be careful and don't go all Tarzan out there. You'll only ruin your trip and others if you drown. Btw, Chino will tell everyone on the boat before hand over the PA System, "If you can't swim, or you are not a strong swimmer, if your too drunk.... then use common sense and don't go swimming today. Okay Muther Fockers....Learn how to swim when you get back home" Then off to the island for lunch & drinks. Here is where there is a difference on boob cruise tours: Temptations The One & Only: Leaves at 11am and returns at 5pm activities & 1 Island Tour - Couples & Singles Steve's Boob Cruise: Leaves at 9:30am and returns at 5pm activities, & 2 Island Tours & 90 minutes longer - Mostly Couples Once on the Island the majority or woman were topless from our boat cruise, you are more then welcome to put your tops back on but it isn't necessary. Their are other couples on the Island from other resorts who are envious of how much fun your boat will be having versus theirs. They are the one with their tops on, sucks to be them. Don't be shy, go topless, it's natural. The lunch & drinks are "ALL INCLUSIVE", we ate & drank a lot while we were there. Remember: Steve's boob cruise has a 2nd Island they go to for shopping and more drinks. If you see a water bottle or bowl filled with GREEN sauce and no label on it at the buffet bar, eat it only if you like SPICY sauces. It is Habaneros Sauce. You've been warned! I thought it was Guacamole. Habaneros Sauce is 100,000 to 350,000 Scoville Units of Heat, theirs is around 500,000 SUH, the average hot sauces are 1000 to 5000 SUH just so you get the idea here! This is not a type error! Then there's the competition, but I'll leave that for you to see. On the way home, the party turns up to full blast, drinks, dancing, whip cream, singing and new friendships really begin to merge. You'll be home soon enough (5pm) to have a swim in the sexy pool, enjoy a few more drinks, then head back to your room for a shower, power nap & dinner. We went for a walk around the property to have some alone time with each other and enjoy the fresh warm air and conversation between just the two of us. Actually we we're planning our attack on the single good looking girls for that night (wink wink). Paty O's music is playing away, where the party is at, or you can chill at the Quiet Pool with the bar there also and enjoy some quite time. Paty O's is open till 6am btw so hopefully you don't enjoy sleeping while on holidays. Edited part: We have recently found out that Temptations has copied Steve's original boob cruise idea and also has some of the same positive characters on board making the 2 cruises very similar in nature. The difference is Steve's cruise are 90 minutes longer and has a tendency to be more couple related tour, so it does apparently get a bit more sexier then the other tour. We are going out to try it first hand shortly (Feb 27, 2012) and will repot back a positive review more than likely as that is all we've read so far.

We'll be there, honestly we thought it was one in the same. We didn't realize that there was more than one, hence "The One & Only" I guess eh? Looking forward to it
Another question...how much $$$ is a good amount to bring for the bar on the island and how many crew members are there? Wouldn't want to leave anyone out as far as tips go.
