We were there 3 years ago and it was 60% Pitbull at night every night. Exactly the same playlist with video's on a screen. By the last couple of nights our evenings didn't last as late as the first few night because of this. It was the only thing we disliked about our week and it sounds like 3 years later they are still playing the same songs. I was hoping that along with the beautiful renovations they would have invested in purchasing a few new songs. I have over 2000 songs on my iphone alone that would rock the evenings for a week with no repeats LOL. It still won't ruin our week and isn't stopping us from returning again.
March 23 and 27th seems like it will be house music. Laydee V is apparently hosting those two days all day. I just saw it posted on Temptation website.

When we were there in November they had brought in an outside DJ then too. There was definitely a reduction in the amount of rinse/repeat of the songs listed. Mr. Worldwide definitely didn't get played a lot that week! I had a good chat and he said that he was brought in to help with the music. Some of the music wasn't my favourite and I told him that. But I also said it was nice to not have predictability and that's what I appreciated. Laydee V looks interesting! Hopefully they keep up the guest DJ's or figure out the music.
Doubtful haha - but they do take requests. They played Pursuit of Happiness for us and it made the place go nuts...
All of the songs mentioned are about 10 years old. If I don't hear 23 from miley I will go home disappointed.
