I know for some people the music at the resort gets a bit annoying after a few days of hearing the same thing over and over again including the music played nightly at Paty O’s. If you all had a choice what kind of music would you like them to play? Give some band names along with song titles.
...nothing anybody else wants to vacation to. Unless, of course, you don't mind sunning yourself to Rush, Tool, Pink Floyd, Genesis, Yes, Rage Against the Machine, Porcupine Tree...etc, etc, etc... Personal preferences aside, as long as it's NOT country, I'll survive. Or Justin Beiber....I might stab myself in the eye with a fork if I hear Justin Beiber.
Love Floyd, Yes, Genesis, ACDC, Asia, BTO, Alan Parsons, Bob Marley, Black Crows, Clapton Eagles and so forth. LOL tanning to the music isn't the problem the headache one gets from it is lmao.
Must admit theres nowt wrong with the radio1 playlist,garage,house,then depending On How drunk,counting crows,dave matthews and Hootie and the blowfish!
Actually, the music that they always play is what makes Temptation what it is. I have seen several complaints about the music and , sadly, they have listened and have tried to please everyone. I was there in November and they were playing rock, pop, R&B and everything in between. They even had a live band one night. It all sucked! Very few people were dancing and it just wasn't the party atmosphere it has been for the last few years. Please don't screw this up! No, I don't listen to the typical Temptation music at home, but there are a lot of things we do at Temptation that we don't do at home!!
I don't think the original starter of this thread (Don&Olga) wants to change the music at Temptation. They are simply asking what kind of music others like. Personally we are taking a bluetooth speaker with us for our room and the beach..... Cheers, oh yah and ROCK ON !!
I think it would be cool if they installed a jukebox (or modern equivalent) in Paty O's that people could pick songs from in the early evening. Just have to find a way to make sure that it wouldn't be hogged by any one person/group...
