For some reason, they play the techno version of all songs at TTR. I do get tired of the techno when it's over and over. Occasionally is okay.
Right. Play real house, dance, electronica instead of 80's, pop and rock music horribly mashed into a techno sounding version. I prefer house or dance but don't mind 80's or rock if they would play the regular version.
Quick comment on the music, and we noticed all the same things as have been stated above. Good music is hardly ever "played out," though I can hear Moves Like Jagger a few too many times, too. Catchy, not so good, IMO. Anyway, on Friday and Saturday nights the past couple trips we were paying attention as we weren't drinking QUITE as heavily as usual for a few reasons, and decided that the DJ at Temptation at night leaves a lot to be desired if you really want to get your dance groove on. He changes the music in mid-song when the floor is packed, which clears it; he follows a great dance song to something nobody knows, which clears it; he goes from some fantastic, pumping PitBull type song that everyone is screaming and shaking ass to, and goes to an "international favorite" (sarcasm intended here), which clears the floor too. Basically, Stacia decided and told me (LOL!) that she wants to hit a fun bar/club next time instead of staying at Temptation at night. Thus, Senor Frogs trip night (Tight & Bright on Feb. 16!). Might informally be looking for folks to head somewhere on Friday the 15th, too? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
Cant agree more seen so many amazing DJ's playing all over UK from all over the world playing soulful house music whcih does even compare to whats played at TTR. This is what DJing is really about these are DJ Spen & Karisma Baltimore's finest I have been honoured to seen then play over here a few times ad they are amazing they do a 5 hour set never play the same song twice with 4 CDJ's mxing seemlessly without talking.
