Can anyone tell us about the music at GOVs club, we're not what you would call old, but we are Rockers on the HIGH side of 35. Our idea of a dance/club/disco has a variety of musical styles to cater to everyone, with a couple of slow dances to give an opportunity to grope your wife, or someone elses on the dancefloor. We were at TTR in March and Patyos seemed to play the same 2 techno songs over and over, only. It was like being at a college frat party, the under 35s loved it, the people over 35 rarely made it to the dance floor, we're just curious if GOV caters to everyone or just the one demographic Once again don't wanna sound like a grumpy old man but variety IS part of the allure :cheerleaders:

I can't speak for the 'Club" nights, but when the band plays, I think you will enjoy it. They play mostly rock music for the 'over 35' crowd.
I guess my original question was misunderstood. I just wanted to know if the DJ plays a variety of musical genres, or if they play ONLY techno like at TTR
