Increasing to heavy weights next week for 2 weeks, then a month of hardcore circuit training to dump the final 5% body fat. starting to lose motivation and focus this week. need a weekend off i think to re-boot:huepfen021:
I started thinking about going to Cancun in June so I went to the gym (Had not worked out in years!) Anyhow, long story short I've lost 35 pounds in 4 months woo hoo! Eveytime I lost focus/motivation whatever...I just went to the TTR website and looked at the pictures. That got me going again 4 weeks to go and I am hoping to get down to 180! For anyone else using supplements/protein powders I use Gaspari MyoFusion Milk Chocolate..I kid you not it tastes like Quik...It's really tasty. I drink 3 shakes on days I work out and eat only raw veggies, oatmeal (not the instant Quaker kind, it has too much sugar) tons of apples (10 or so a week) 3 cups of green tea each day and chicken and no bread. 4 months and nearly 40 pounds lighter is a pretty awesome feeling! I'm also taking Precision '6 pack' supplements and Preceision CLA 80. (Both assist in weight loss) I hope some of that info helps motivate you, it definitly helped me!! Cheers
Yes Great job! I'm going to try and kick things up next week, get a little more nutritionally focused, and good idea to use some meal replacement shakes. I'll have to do that i think as well. Pretty sure I need a few days to re-set myself, but your right, this site is a great motivator to keep on track. I lost 25 lbs over the last 3 months, and like to go another 10 as well. (my own little personal motivational thread, but hope it helps others too!) Thanks for the comments
Couldn't agree more. The people in these forums are supportive, kind and considerate. Really does make you ask yourself what you are looking forward to more, meeting the forum users or all the drinks in the sexy pool!
All the above!!! can't wait to go... but have to admit I haven't been doing anything... had a bit of a start, but with work stress changing jobs, and changing back... I know I will be sorry when I see the pic's after this year... but I tell myself I'm there to have fun... For those of you that are working out etc... way to go
46 days till Temptations, down to 191 lbs. (started at 218 in April). with 6 weeks left I think I'll be where i want to be.. Nice to see some results! Be interesting to see what the BMI and body fat % is next week..2 more weeks or hard lifting then 4 weeks of intense circuit training to finally cut out the remaining fat layer and show those stupid abs... Cant wait for mexico~!
