omg, I was in a contest just like this.....

 

yep!! Our contests are fun!!!!!! lol Cram as many peeps in our room, have the girls get their white shirts on, head on the balcony, and we get em wet!!! Crank the music and just have fun!

 

This except on our balcony!! Side note, this is at basic, what studentcity calls their "white party" its a must every year!!!
