The guys trying to sell me thier chains and blankets and pot and blow(said whispered lightly under their breath) everytime I step foot on the beach. It gets old and no matter how many time I say no, they always approach me. Grrrrrrr.
Our youngest will be 10 this year and we have been thinking about taking them to Cancun next year,but at a kid friendly resort where they are not out of place. That way, we could feel okay about taking a day and seeing Chicken Pizza and/or Tulum and not miss a day of partying. Or we might just go to Disneyland.

Why would they understand a cruise more? We've had our kids to Mexico, DR, on a cruise, and to Disney World. We always educate them about where we are going & what to expect before we go. Never had a problem. The key is that the discipline you enforce at home doesn't take a vacation when you do.
The 2 two things that bother me the most 1.People that roll one right next to me and don't offer to share. I'm always happy to share. 2. people that don't like 50 year olds acting like thier 20. Kay says I act like I'm 2
1. People who pee in the pool 2. The packs of loud single dudes with fauxhawks and douche goggles. 3. People who complain there isn't enough booze in the drinks. (Its for your own good! 4. People who complain about the amenities. If you find a 5 Star resort that is as fun as TTR, GO THERE! 5. People who get up at noon and complain that they aren't serving breakfast anymore. 6. People who throw their cigarette butts on the beach.
My big one in Cancun is, after standing in line for 30 minutes to get thru customs, then waiting 20 minutes for luggage, I get in the long line to go thru the scanners (which often extends past any of the roped "aisles"), and somebody walks up with their luggage and "blends" into the line ahead of me like they have somewhere more important to get to than I do. Personally, I think there should be an express line for TTR guests...we're the only ones who are really missing anything if we can't get to the resort right away!
