I really dont think you need to worry about getting bitten, this is our sixth trip and i have not got bitten once, im like you i always get bitten anywhere i go, but at temptations i dont need to worry. I think its safe to say you will be fine. :)

We were at Temptations last week the same time as Bill & Mndi.
This is the first trip (the other 4 were in February also) that we have experienced mosquitos. I think it is because of the wet weather they are having.

I agree that they were along a bother around the 5-6 pm timeframe - which was bad because everyone would have preferred relaxing around the pool and not running for shelter.

Now that I think of it = since Thursday/Friday & Saturday were more windy - I dont recall them a problem as much as earlier in the week when more humid and still.

fyi = there is a convenience store next door that did have repellant and afterbite products

Yeah - I can deal with them in WI, and of course they love to bite me = but surely didnt think I'd have to deal with them in Mexico.

Have a great trip - although the WI weather isnt too bad at the moment ssshhh - so Mother Nature doesnt hear

We just got back and have to disagree - we had a jacuzzi suite near the quiet pool and both hubby and I got bit. Maybe it was the wet weather and having a room with plants and grass just outside..they seem to like those areas. Saw 2 in our room, but we got 'em before they got us...mexican mosquitoes are pretty slow.
