The golf suites have a view of the golf course. That means to me no beach/pool view. Also, I see no new structures attached or adjacent to the original lobby buildings and guest suites, so my guess is the golf suites are located on the other side of the golf course. If so, it remains to be seen how they are able to provide certain after-hours services to that location.

If there is nothing you can do to change it, then try to "roll with it". I know you've spent a long time planning this, but even at the main part of the resort itself you aren't guaranteed the perfect spot close to the restaurants or pools and may be faced with long walks. From what I have read from the website the golf suites appear to be close to the clubhouse, which has two of its own specialty restaurants, an infinity pool, and golf carts available to transfer you to "The Palapa", from which you catch the Lobby-to-Lobby shuttle between the Sunrise and Nizuc sides. You basically have easier access to some unique amenities that most Moon Palace guests either don't know of, or won't explore. You and your spouse will be able to enjoy areas of the resort that I and others have never even seen. If you get turndown service at the golf suites, then it makes me wonder what other unadvertized services are available for you. Don't go in dreading what may come. Go there intent on relaxing, being pampered, enjoying the serene view of a well-maintained quiet golf course (designed by Jack Nicklaus, himself, I understand), and explore your surroundings. To tell you the truth, I am already looking forward to your trip report because your experience at these suites will be the first I've ever read.
Thank you that was real nice for you to take the time to help me with this. I was real upset but i am ok now. There has been alot of drama with this trip. But in 5 weeks I will be there WOO HOO so lookign forward to it . I will take tons of pics and bring my labtop to update if i have time
I am even more excited now!!! I also will be at Moon Palace - Sunrise from April 24th - May 1st for my honeymoon and last night we booked my best friend and her male "friend" to join us!! They are coming down Thursday the 27th and flying back with us on the 1st. So basically the 1st three days will be our honeymoon and after that it's party time! I am literally counting down the minutes!! I can NOT wait!
Hi Danirose. I sent you a PM. I hope it worked. don't worry buddy the golf villa's are really nice. Short ride or walk to the main lobby. We chose to walk most mornings. There was lot's of wildlife to see as you walk. Also the great sounds of "Fustrated Golfers". Look for there little animals that look like big skinny racoons. They come out around dusk. They would visit our patio almost every day then head off down the fairway's. Have fun Danirose......We can't wait to go back.
